Paper doll books are among my favorite type of merchandise. So much fun at such a cheap price! This Palm Town one is especially cool. It has 9 paper dolls with stands, 4 of which are characters that were never made into toy form otherwise, some outfits are seriously cute (others are extremely 80s, mostly all of Joey's), but the best part is that it includes a sweet paper craft of Rolley's ice cream wagon! I made a PDF of this book, so everyone can enjoy it! www.dropbox.com/s/1gwu9l5owt5joa0/Palmtown_kiseake_icecreamwagon.pdf?dl=0Come to think of it, it's a shame the Renard twins are only on the cover and not included in the book. Hope there's another one out there with them in it!

Yeah, a three-dimensional figure would've been really nice! Kind of surprised Bandai didn't make toys of any of the pretty big sister-type characters in Palm Town. Seems they would have been popular with the target audience. Anyway, have a Sue coloring page: i.imgur.com/TyXQk.png

Aww, Jojo and Jiji are on the cover, but not in the book itself? What a ripoff.

You know, I've seen that cover, but I somehow never noticed the English "Palm Town" logo before.

Glad you guys like it! I have plenty of different kinds of books (coloring, paper doll, picture books), let me know what interests you the most, and it may influence what I decide to scan next!
One thing I find interesting about this book, is that Rolley comes first, almost as if she was the main character. Patty comes first in all the other paper doll books I own!

She does kinda steal the spotlight, doesn't she? But then I always find floppy-eared dog characters adorable. (Can you guess where my new avatar comes from? :3)

I got it off Yahoo Auctions. I really love these books and wish to collect them all!
Would you guys like me to scan another one, and in that case which one of these four would you like the most?
*Maple Town with "Patty's cute house" *Maple Town with "fun classroom" *Palm Town with "ice cream stand" *Palm Town with "jewelry box"
