(Oops, I didn't realize it was already posted here! Sorry. I'll just copy over my thoughts here! ^^) A very cute, funny, and charming PSA about fire safety, showing common mistakes that can lead to fires and the correct way to deal with them (dialing 119 for emergencies, ambulance, and firefighters; never using water on an oil fire; etc.)... there's also some great cat brothers scenes here (I'm biased!), with Yota being a bad influence and smoking and having Guta smoke too (... isn't he about Patty's age if he can enter in that kids only drawing competition and thinks Rolley's cute?)... well, Yota has this kid following him on the path of crime and orders him to shoot people, so, it checks out. Guta begging Charlie (Lamb's grandfather) to save his big bro who's still trapped inside, getting pushed aside, then declaring he'll go back in there to save him himself got to me. ;__; Yota's fine in the end, of course! Dizzy and singed, but fine. It's really funny when Charlie gives them all a lecture on fire safety and all the kids go "haaai"/"yeees!" like they're in a classroom and Yota's smile is very strained, because it's so obviously for kids, but. Clearly, you needed the lecture too. From TV Tropes: "According to The Other Wiki, there are two Very Special Episodes made for the Japanese education market, one teaching fire safety and another teaching traffic safety. These PSAs are full-length episodes, but they did not air on TV nor are they sold on home video, instead they were provided on either 16mm film reels or VHS to preschools and public libraries and screened as part of the school's curriculum. They have not been released on the collection boxsets either. The only way you'll be able to watch them nowadays is if you go to a public library in Japan and request for the tapes or reels, and even then the tapes and reels cannot leave the library's premises, so you can't just check them out, take them home and rip them."
