My Maple Town post office came today. bought it on Ebay UK (where I live ) ... £11 total including postage!!!
I don't thin as many ppl here in UK remember MT or know what it is, thus collectibles in MT tend to go for a lot less here.
It is only missing one porch railing, I think. Needs a bit of a clean, but that is ok ...
Finally my critters will have one house !!

Congratulations! The post office is a beautiful building!
No, Maple Town items, even the very, very rare ones, don't tend go for much money. Unless there is a bidding war between atleast two very determined bidders, then it can go very high (like the Palm Town cassette tape that went for 50 000+ yen on Yahoo Auctions)

Yikes. I hope someone had the good sense to try and copy it to MP3 or something...

If they did, they haven't shared it with the internet... that's what I would have done if I'd won it (although it would probably completely destroy the original tape's value XD)

I usually have the experience of things going up very high, but they are less known in UK here than back home (USA) so I think that is why it went so low.
I LOVE the post office. I will use it as a whole house because my critters have not had a dollhouse since I moved over here 3 years ago. I had to give away my 2 dollhouses... there was no way I could bring them over the ocean!
