I just purchased this set from eBay. I really wanted that little grey Forest Families bear, as I have never seen him before. I think the scooter is from the outdoor accessories pack, but I'm not sure. Attachments:

That is definitely Patty's Papa's scooter. It even has the visor it came with. Check if there's anything inside the black compartment in the back, it also came with three tiny letters, which are nearly always (unsurprisingly) missing when you find this scooter loose.

Awesome! =D The scooter itself is not hard to come by, but the accessories (visor, mailbag and three small letters) are. However the US Playground Set are among the sets that come up MIB most often, so it's not that hard to complete if one is patient. It's a very cute accessory, and was often seen in the cartoon, so it's definitely something a Maple Town collector is likely to want.  |

I have just sourced a visor, Mr fox's briefcase (which i lost as a child!!) , and mayor lion's gavel (didn't know he had one!!) ... let's hope the seller has reasonable prices... waiting to find out |

I think the gavel might be the stamp that came with Patty's papa. The Mayor didn't have an accessory in the US and Europe . In Japan he came with a cane (that cane was used for the "Miss Deer & David Deer on a Date" two-pack)
